Other patient groups identified as being at increased risk for cardiovascular disease include:
- Low LDL-C but elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) levels1
- End-stage renal disease2
- Chronic heart failure3
The GALAXY outcome studies will provide the first prospective data on the efficacy of statin therapy in these patient groups4

A large, comprehensive, long-term, and evolving global research initiative.
It will build on the success of the statin class and address important unanswered questions in statin research
Focuses on reducing cardiovascular risk and improving patient outcomes
Additional studies will be added as clinical development of CRESTOR® continues
Currently, 24 studies involving >65,000 participants in >55 countries have been completed.
